One of the most fabulous locations or scenery that marks identify of The Botanic Gardens is the Palm House. This superbly restored sculpture is a favorite tourist spot in the Gardens. Palm House reflects a state of the art amalgamation of nature and architecture at its best; an exotic and vivacious display of the wildest cactus species in a stately glasshouse…a treat to watch and admire.

Mainly, the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide are divided in three botanic gardens that have the honor to serve the community of South Australia for more than 140 years full of flowery memories, scent of fresh grass and pleasure of the serenity, nature’s very own. The main three botanic gardens are named Adelaide, Mount Lofty and Wittunga. Although, each of them is unique in its own fashion but the only similarity is the exceptional range of cultural, recreational, educational and scientific facilities which enhance people’s enjoyment and understanding of the plant world. It is estimated that over 1.5 million people visit these gardens each year to admire and appreciate these gifts of nature. The purpose of this beautiful creation is to increase knowledge and appreciation of plants, their significance and conservation, locally and globally.
