An island situated in the Caribbean Sea. An ancient civilization called Taino who used to speak a language known as Arawakan named this island as Xaymaca, meaning “Land of Springs” or “Land of Wood and Waters” and it truly is the Land of springs as it has a beautiful yet a little hot climate. It starts raining or one can say that the rainy season starts from end of April to the end of September or even October.
