Hagatna; Shift in Traffic Pattern

As advised by the Department of Public Works, travel along Routes 8 and 16 will be shifted to the new concrete pavement alongside Tiyan for motorists heading towards Hagatna starting from Friday, April 8th, after the morning rush is over.

The next day, Saturday 9th April, the opposite traffic heading from north along route 8 to rout 16 will also be directed to the new development.

The Department of Public Works has urged the public to keep looking for construction signs used for the new traffic flow.  With expected minor adjustments continuing till Sunday, drivers are urged to drive at controlled speeds and for depicting special caution on arriving near the construction sites. The DPW and contractors of the project have thanked the public for their continued cooperation while they work to improve the roads for the good of their people.

Hagatna is the capital of the Guam Island that is a territory of United States and also popular as a travel and Holiday Destination.
