Havana is unique in the true sense of the word, its history, culture; life style and nightlife are all unique. The largest and the most energetic city of the Caribbean is the capital of the Castro’s Cuba and still a symbol for the revolutionaries around the world. Cuba was under sanctions for a long time during the last century and tourists from most of the western countries were not allowed to enter the country. The Havana Club is the place where you will find most of the tourists heading to, opened in 1928 it was the most favorite spot for the tourists who want to dine and party in this luxurious club. It lost its importance during the later part of the past century but now again its becoming famous with the tourists. To watch some historical landmarks head to Senora Amelia Goyri built in 1870 it has a memorial for the independence leader General Maxima Gomez that was built in 1905.
Marlin Nautica is the prestigious water resort of Havana with all kind of activities, you can take a four hour bottom fishing tour or with a fee of around 110 GBP you can hire a boat with a captain and sailors for a tour to the deep sea. You can also rent the snorkeling and scuba diving equipments from the resort and indulge yourself in these activities in the clear waters of the Caribbean.
