Air France improves London City schedule

Air France has revised the departure times for its London City to Strasbourg link, which is operated in conjunction with subsidiaries CityJet and VLM. Twice daily services between the two cities are running every weekday, with flights departing from London City at 11.05am and 5.55pm. Return services leave at 8.15am and 5.15pm local time. Weekend travellers can also take advantage of reduced daily service. The Saturday connection takes off from London at 9.45am, while Sunday departures are at 5.55pm.

Air France-KLM spokesperson Christine Ourmieres explained that the improved flight times had been designed with business travellers in mind. She commented: “This new schedule will allow customers to get a full business day in either city without the need for an overnight stay – exactly what the business community needs.” Passengers have a choice of both economy and business class seats on the connection, which will be operated by a Fokker 50 aircraft.
