United launch competitive Business Class flights to L.A.

United Airlines have announced competitive return flights from Sydney and Melbourne to Los Angeles on Business Class for less than $7000. Return flights between Sydney – Los Angeles will start from $6876, and return flights between Melbourne – Los Angeles will start from $6859, with additional applicable taxes, fees and surcharges.

Alison Espley, General Manager United Airlines Australia and New Zealand said the airline is “100% committed” to the Australian market, which is why the Business Class product is at such a competitive rate. Passengers taking advantage of the deal will experience United’s two metre long seats which recline a full 180 degrees, and a selection of 150 hours of on-demand in-flight entertainment.

All tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased at least 90 days before departure. The rate also applies to return flights departing Sydney and Melbourne to San Francisco Chicago and New York.
