Tiger announces Melbourne to Sydney flights

Budget airline Tiger has announced it will begin flying between Melbourne and Sydney from July. The Singapore and Melbourne-based airline launched in Australia in 2007. But it has never flown the Melbourne to Sydney route, which it says is one of the most popular routes in the world. It says the new flights will help boost tourism to Victoria.
