Tiger Airways to Launch Twice Daily Flights to Hong Kong

Tiger Airways is going to start Twice daily flights to Hong Kong from Singapore from 1st February 2010.  Tiger Airways flights will depart Singapore at 07:55 arriving into Hong Kong in time for an early lunch at 11:35. The return leg departs Hong Kong at 12:25. Or, if you prefer a leisurely afternoon departure from Singapore at 16:35 you can arrive into Hong Kong at 20:20. The return leg from Hong Kong  departs at 20:50 daily.

To celebrate the addition of Tiger Airways 33rd destination in the Asia Pacific region, the airline is offering over 18,000 seats from just Sin$129 inclusive of taxes and charges travelers can land themselves a flight between Singapore and Hong Kong.

Rosalynn Tay, Managing Director of Tiger Airways Singapore said, "I am absolutely delighted to be adding Hong Kong to our network. There is nothing better than working for a growing airline and the announcement of Hong Kong marks the addition of 6 routes to the Tiger Airways network in 2009 alone! From now on Tiger Airways will go bonkers in Honkers with crazy low fares."

David Leung, Regional Director-South & Southeast Asia of Hong Kong Tourism Board, added, "Tiger Airways’ expansion of its network to Hong Kong is a good booster to the accessibility of Hong Kong to Singapore visitors. Singaporeans now have even more choices and more reasons to visit Hong Kong. February is a good time to enjoy the Chinese New Year’s festivities in Hong Kong."
