The steady and fast growing airline, Qatar Airways is among the few carriers adding new flight routes in their networks this year. The reason being decrease in demand and unstable market, many airlines have put a full stop to their route expansion. Since the end of year 2010 all International airlines have had a tough time cooping with flights cancellations, delays and full ticket refunds imposed by adverse weather conditions, natural catastrophe, cabin crew strikers and political rebellions.
While engine defects and mid air crises have also proven to be affecting airlines annual revenue. However, Qatar and a few others still managed to add on more destinations in their schedules rather than cutting the existing ones.Qatar Airways is the world’s first five star ranked airline. The carrier holds a strong presence in the UK, Africa, Asia and Middle East.
