Kenya Airways grows larger

Kenya Airways expands its recruiting, as evident from a large advert given in the print media earlier last week. According to the advert, airlines in the region are notified of the recruitment prowl. Kenya Airline is one of the strongest airlines in Africa and commonalty titled as “The Pride of Africa". The airline has managed to become a ‘favorite’ for African travelers in a matter of short time. The likely addition of more and already-qualified staff to their ranks will not only add to the repute of this rising carrier but also, promises a steady growth.

During the past, Arabic and Middle Eastern wealthy airlines have been a major ‘man power puller’ for African continent. As the rich carriers offer not only heavy packages but bonuses to become expatriates and work for them as pilots, cabin crew, aircraft technicians. Only until recently, this outflow of manpower from Africa has been constantly creating a vacuum as there were rarely any strong competitive airlines. However, Kenya Airways, South African and Ethiopian Airlines as well as a recent rising star Arik Air have caught the eyes of the world by dint of their speedy growth and astounding services.
