Iberia will use its largest and most modern aircraft, the Airbus A-340, for these flights. They will take off from Madrid-Barajas airport in the pre-dawn hours of Sunday morning, landing in Johannesburg at about 11 a.m., to give passengers plenty of time to get to the final match. The regular flight Iberia operates from Madrid to Johannesburg will depart at the same time, adapting its schedule time to the final match. Spanish team and fans to fly home with Iberia

Before dawn on Monday, between 1:30 and 1:45 am, only hours after the match ends, Spanish players and their families, Football Federation officials, authorities and fans will board four Iberia aircraft for the flight back to Madrid.
