The Philippines airlines, Air Phil will operate a total 14 flights between Singapore and Manila, Philippines. The airline will be based at terminal 2 at Changi Airport from October 27, 2010. While there will also be 14 weekly flights between Singapore and Cebu starting from December 1st, this year.

Whereas, Berjaya Air will be starting its operations at Changi’s Budget Terminal from November 1st, 2010.
