After V Australia and Dubai-based airline Emirates have signed a codeshare deal effective 25 October. V Australia will market the seats and the flights will be identified with the Emirates ‘EK’ code as well as with V Australia’s ‘VA’ code. This new agreement will provide V Australia customers with seamless and quick transit times from the airline’s international flights arriving in Sydney to New Zealand. It will also allow customers traveling in V Australia’s international business cabin to transfer to Emirates’ parallel product on its B777 and A380 aircraft. V Australia has rescheduled its flights to ensure better connection times between V Australia and Emirates Flights once the partnership takes effect.
