British Airways, the UK’s flagship carrier, will reduce its World Traveller (economy) air fares from Qatar to popular destinations in Europe and North America during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Tickets can be purchased between August 20 and September 3, for travel up to the March 31, 2010, and prices include taxes, fees and service charges.
Return economy flights from Doha to London Heathrow start from QR1,860, fares to other major European destinations are available from QR2,360, while ticket prices to the US and Canada start from QR3,200 and QR3,140, respectively.
Paolo De Renzis, British Airways’ area commercial manager, Middle East said: “This promotion provides our Qatar customers a good opportunity to travel during the month of Ramadan. We are confident that these great value fares will attract a high proportion of people looking to take or break or visit family and friends.” British Airways currently operates multiple daily services from Doha International to London Heathrow’s Terminal 5.
