British Airways launches two direct flights to Cancun weekly

British Airways will be boosting its Mexico flights with the launch of two direct flights to Cancun from London Gatwick, starting November 2010. This route is going to be handled by a Boeing 777 with three cabin classes. The head of UK and Ireland sales and marketing, Richard Tams, said that they are delighted to be the only UK scheduled airline to be offering direct flights to Cancun. It is the perfect addition to the company’s Gatwick long-haul premium leisure network. Tickets have already gone on sale this week, and the first flight will leave Gatwick on November 3rd, at 12:45pm UK time and arrive in Cancun around 5:45pm local time.
