Arik Air slashes Lagos-London fare, as Aero increases flights into Accra

Nigeria’s air travelers on the Lagos-London Heathrow route now have a better deal with the announcement of Arik Air’s promotional fare which has slashed the price of a round-trip economy ticket on the route to N110, 000 and round-trip business class ticket to N450, 000.
This is coming as Aero Contractors airline also announced increase to two of its daily flight to Accra on its Boeing 737-500 aircraft. The promotional fare introduced last week by Arik is for a limited time to introduce more customers to the luxuries on board the airline.
The super saving fare comes in addition to the world class service provided on the Airbus A340-500 ultra long range aircraft deployed on the Lagos-London Heathrow route by Arik Air. The aircraft offers the highest degree of operational flexibility and unmatched passenger comfort.
The brand new high specification interior offers 36 premier business class and 201 economy seats. Premier passengers will enjoy ‘fully lie flat seat beds’ equipped with 17” monitors and a new generation in-built massage system. The economy seats provide more space per passenger with a pitch of 34 inches and 50 percent more legroom.

Suraj Sundaram, Arik Air’s general manager, sales and marketing, says “as reward to our valued guests, we are offering flexible ticket fares which will enable those traveling from both Abuja and Port Harcourt to fly free to Lagos once they book our Lagos-London flight. In essence, this is a double saving on top of our super promotional fare since they will only be paying the Lagos to London fare.”
