SAA, the national “flag carrier” of South Africa has dominated African skies due to its efforts to provide quality services to travelers. Airline has received “Service Excellent Africa” and “Best Airline Africa” Skytrax Awards at Paris this year.
For the past two years South African Airways has received several Service Excellence Award for its efforts to comfort its travelers; both onboard and on ground.
The Skytrax awards are decided by the online surveys conducted with the flyers. Mr. Gary Kershaw, SAA the country manager UK and Ireland country manager added that, “We take our service quality quite seriously and are very proud that these efforts are being acknowledged. Since the airline is the customer’s first choice for Africa flights, it makes us even more motivated”.
